Homeowners Association (HOA)
The official, currently assigned, Homeowners Association for South Pointe is “SOUTH POINTE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.” (Arkansas Secretary of State Filing #811201039). It does not use a professional HOA management company and is self-managed at this time. For HOA related questions (Rule Enforcement, Architectural Review, Shared Venue Access, etc) please use the contact below.

National Do No Not Call Registry
The National Do Not Call Registry gives you a choice about whether to receive telemarketing calls. You can register your home or mobile phone for free with donotcall.gov. After you register, other types of organizations may still call you, such as charities, political groups, debt collectors and surveys. To learn more, read the FAQs at the website denoted above. If you received an unwanted call after your number was on the National Registry for 31 days, report it to the FTC.

No-Knock List (No Solicitation) Laws & Registration Information
Solicitors are prohibited under Tontitown Code from knocking at addresses on the list or on doors where “No Solicitation” notices are posted, regardless of whether those addresses are on the list. Additionally, It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in the activity of residential door-to-door selling or soliciting within the city limits unless the person has a current registration on file with the city, and has paid the applicable fee. Furthermore, It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in residential door-to-door selling or soliciting before 9:00 a.m. or after 6:00 p.m. of each day of the week. If a solicitor knocks at your door without a license, outside the allowed hours or in conflict with your No-Knock status, call (479)-361-2700, while the solicitor is in the area. That way, Tontitown can send someone to investigate if needed.

Storm Shelter Registration
Registering your storm shelter provides emergency personnel with your exact location. This ensures first responders can immediately check on your safety, prioritize rescue efforts, and easily locate your shelter if it becomes blocked by heavy storm debris following a severe tornado or storm.
If you have a storm shelter, please don’t forget to register your home’s storm shelter so first responders can find you in the event of an emergency!
